Pricing questions. Answered plainly.
It's a percentage of each booking's price, flights and hotels alike: 5% on Start, 3% on Business. On a $760 flight, that's $22.80 on Business. Card processing is included.
Each booking is paid by card at checkout, with its fee. Business is invoiced monthly, or yearly, to the admin email you choose.
Pilot companies have Business free for their first year from launch. After that, you choose: stay on Business, move to Start, or talk to us about Enterprise.
Monthly is $79, and you can stop any month. Yearly is $790 for a 12-month term: two months free.
Yes. Move between Start and Business as your needs change, or talk to us about Enterprise.
No. The booking fee covers the work on each booking, so it stays when a trip is cancelled. Any refund on the trip itself depends on the fare or rate you booked.
