This policy covers this website. If you use our booking product, a separate agreement and notice will set out how we handle data there.

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus a little technical information needed to run the site.

• Contact details and messages: your name, work email, company, role and anything you write when you use the contact form, ask to talk to us or request a place in the pilot.
• Trip details you type in: if you enter a trip (for example cities, month and number of people) to see how we would price it, we use it to answer you and to prepare our reply.
• Technical information: your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which our hosting provider records in server logs for security and reliability.
• Analytics: none. The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

The providers we use include Amazon Web Services (AWS), which hosts the site and delivers the messages you send through its forms to our inbox by email.

The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services and served from locations around the world. Messages you send through the site's forms are processed by AWS in the United States and delivered to our email inbox.

This means your information may be transferred outside Malaysia. We use only providers that protect it with security and contractual safeguards.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Enquiries and pilot requests are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time for security and reliability. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, take a copy of it, and withdraw consent you have given.

To use any of these rights, write to us at the address in the Contact section. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in Malaysia, the Personal Data Protection Commissioner.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the messages you send through it are delivered to a limited number of people at Explura.

This site uses your browser's storage only for things that make it work as you expect: for example remembering that you have dismissed the pilot banner, or keeping a trip you typed on one page when you move to another. This stays on your device and is not used to identify or track you.

The site does not use advertising, analytics or third-party cookies.

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change matters to you, we will make it clear on the site.
