Questions from teams like yours.

No. The pilot doesn’t ask you to leave your existing set-up. One thing we ask: book at least one trip with us between December and February, subject to readiness.

Each department has its own approver. Rules are set by level across the company. Trips in policy book straight away, or wait for approval: you choose. Outside policy, the trip goes to the team’s approver.

On Business you name who covers while they’re away. Trips go to them until the approver is back.

Reports show where travel went by department, destination, airline and person, and who approved each trip outside policy. Every work trip carries a reason, cost centre and PO number. Approved but not paid is counted apart. Download as a spreadsheet or PDF. Budgets and corporate cards are Coming soon.
