These terms cover this website only. Use of the Explura booking product, and the pilot, is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms if they conflict.

You may use the site for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the site or its security;
• use automated tools to scrape or overload it;
• try to gain access to anything you are not meant to see;
• submit false or misleading information, or information you have no right to share.

The site describes our service and its plans. It is general information, not an offer or a quote, and may change. Prices, availability and features shown are indicative until set out in a written agreement.

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date but do not promise it is free of errors or always available.

Asking to talk to us, or requesting a place in the pilot, does not create a contract and does not guarantee a place. We will confirm any place, and its terms, in writing.

The site, its design, text, graphics and software are owned by Explura.com or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view the site and share its pages by link. You may not copy, adapt or reuse its content for another purpose without our written permission.

"Explura" and our logo are our marks. Do not use them without permission.

The site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude warranties about it, and we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, including loss of profit, revenue or data, or indirect loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
